Mel Luckie at Mountain View Farms in Lakeside wanted to offer a twist on the typical archery range.
Instead of just setting up a collection of red-and-white striped targets, he designed four miles of trails with 3-D targets on his farm, such as the 3-D elk pictured at left. The archery range is open to the public daily dawn until dark.
