Classic cars come to town to cruise around the bay during Kool Coastal Nights in Auguest. Winchester bay also is home to the Ocean Festival taht celebrates everything ocean in July. Art by the Bay, on Aug. 31, features artists working on their crafts by the shores of teh Umpqua River esturay. Artists work in all kinds of mediums and visitors can watch, ask questions and learn new techniques.
