Dive into Loon Lake

Very popular among pleasure boaters, Loon Lake is a great swimming hole, too, with several excellent beaches and shallow areas for swimmers.It also has excellent populations of largemouth bass and bluegills for those hoping to go fishing. Brown bullheads, white crappie and rainbow and cutthroat trout, and kokanee also are present. At least three bass weighing more than 10 pounds apiece have been taken from this lake.Loon Lake Lodge has planned events for families this year, including a œbring your doggie" weekend. The marina, at the lodge, rents water skis, kneeboards, infloatable towables and more.
