Reedsport/Winchester Bay Chamber of Commerce - The Reedsport/Winchester Bay Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center is located in the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area building at the junction of U.S. Highway 101 and state Highway 38. The building foyer is open 24 hours and has brochures, information and maps. Information also is available at
