Other: Winchester Bay is one of the leading ports on the Oregon Coast for salmon fishing, but crabbing and fishing for sturgeon and stripers also is popular. Larger boats have quick and easy access to the Pacific Ocean for access to bottomfish, halibut, salmon and tuna.

Halfmoon Bay campground is a new campground designed for off-road enthusiasts. It features 45 large campsites and five group sites.
