Surrounded by lakes, rivers, creeks and the ocean, the members of the Lower Umpqua FlyCasters are active in pursuing not only flyfishing, but also sharing that knowledge with other avid fishermen. The group puts on a flyfishing expo every year in February at which they raffle off gear and equipment, offer training sessions and share expertise.
